【Introduction】
SPJ-KL High-efficient chain extending agent is product newly developed by our company. It can be used as cross-linking agent of plastic and rubber to produce thermoplastic elastomer. It is widely used produce paste resin through VC suspension polymerization. Adding this chain extending agent can help to produce macromolecular PVat the same reaction temperature, or maintain low-temperature polymerization degree at high temperature. Therefore, adding this chain extending agent can heighten polymerization temperature, fasten reaction speed, shorten reaction time, and greatly improve the production ability of existing devices. At the same time, the dosage of initiator can be reduced along with the heightening raction temperature, so using this product can get great economic benefit.

Note:1, PSH-10: Reaction temperature is heightened from 45℃ to 50℃, and reaction time is reduced from 24 hrs. to 14 hrs.
2, PSM-31: Reaction temperature is heightened from 50℃ to 54℃, and reaction time is reduced from 14 hrs. to 9 hrs.; EEP should be added little by little (max.:4.0).
